At 6' 1", 200 lbs, you're gonna want a 159cm to 162cm board- depending on if you'll be on hard pack, groomed snow or powder snow more. Also, with a size 12 boot, you're prolly gonna want to get a wide board. A wide will reduse or eliminate your heel and toe drag. Most standard width boards are too skinny and will leave your toe and heel over hanging on either side- not good, so go wide. As far as a lacing sytem goes, BOA is good, using cables and a dial to tighten and loosen the boot. BUT check out Speed Lacing systems. They give you a more controled fit to the boot, allowing you to tighten the shin and foot areas seperately. Burton and Forum rock this style. Of course, theres always the classic lace lol. Whichever floats your boat. As far as web sites, check out these ones for some awesome prices and deals, and like it was said b4, a lot of these sites are offering last years gear for 40% to 70% off. the-house.com, actionvillage.com, porterstahoe.com, sierrasnowboards.com, store.burton.com, and use yahoo oor google to find gear too, its pretty easy. have fun this year =]
References :
tons n tons of shoppin online

you can get screwed off ebay and craigslist if you dont know what you're doing

good sites are

sierrasnowboard.com
the-house.com
dogfunk.com

i would go to a store to buy boots so you can try them on, and look at the BOA lacing system so you don't spend all day tying your laces

for the size, around a 162 will work for your weight
